Register lists 60 agencies
At the Register Committee (RC) meeting of 26-27 June, the following quality assurance agencies were found to be working in substantial compliance with the ESG and were thus admitted to the Register:
- ACSUCYL – The Quality Assurance Agency for the University System in Castilla y León

- BAC – British Accreditation Council for Independent Further and Higher Education

The Register Committee also discussed the “Policy on the transition to the revised ESG in 2027” and took note of several change reports.
The June meeting was a special session that also included incoming members and observers, who were invited to observe and prepare for their mandates starting on 1 July. This also meant that, at the end of the meeting, it was time to thank and bid farewell to several longstanding Committee members.
RC members Maria Arminda Bragança, Riitta Pyykkö, Beate Treml (also Vice-Chair), Steffen Westergård Andersen (all RC members since 2017) and Inga Lapina (RC member since 2023) were thanked for their hard work, commitment and their numerous insightful contributions. Their presence has been greatly appreciated by the whole organisation, and they will be missed both professionally and personally within the Committee.
The next RC meeting, for the first time in its new composition, will take place in November 2025.
