The doctoral study program Innovations and sustainable business in a digital society was accredited by the DOBA faculty in 2018. The program began to be implemented in the academic year 2019/2020. In 2022, it was thoroughly updated, introducing changes recommended by the accreditation commission, external stakeholders and students. The changes were accepted and approved by the institution's senate, the study program remains complete in terms of content, the contents are interconnected horizontally and vertically. It remains interesting, it is linked to current national and European development guidelines. Students praised the great flexibility of the study and the possibility of individual adaptation in fulfilling obligations. The experts proposed the introduction of the submission of proof of the dissertability of the chosen topic when submitting the doctoral thesis and some amendments to the Rules on the conduct of doctoral studies at the DOBA faculty; the supervisor should be excluded as a member of the Dissertation and Dissertation Evaluation Commission; the establishment and pronouncement of the Commission for assessing the ethical suitability of research proposals, in relation to research involving work with people, and made a few other minor comments. It was also recommended that candidates for enrollment and other members of the public be informed more precisely about claims about various international certificates and accreditations. -
