The Business Science III study program enables graduates to obtain the title of Doctor of Science. The institute has excellent spatial capacities, which are not used for this program. Due to the small number of enrolled students, education is carried out mainly through consultations, mostly online. Students express satisfaction with the study, work and responsiveness of employees and the conditions of study. The fact is that the study does not allow the classical form of study, by exchanging experiences and gaining in-depth knowledge in the field, but is aimed solely at helping students to write a doctoral dissertation. Students enrol mainly in the second year of study. Literature prescribed in the subjects’ curricula is mostly obsolete, not present in the library of the institute, even with a mandatory copy. The lecturers are contractual collaborators, not all mentors meet the minimum research criteria. The study program is not updated, student surveys are not conducted, and obtaining information for a self-evaluation report is inconsistent. However, formal data collected (e.g. number of students enrolled, pass rate, etc.), are not used in analyses aimed at improving the quality of the study process. The quality circle for this study program is not closed. There is a lack of action plans that would lead to the development of the study program based on the identified shortcomings and irregularities. Study program promotion activities are not planned or implemented. Due to inadequate financial construction (which they do not know how to calculate), their studies do not pay off, so they reject potential candidates. The institute maintains the study program only because of the better reputation of the institution, because it seems that they offer the entire vertical in the field of study.
