European Quality Assurance Register for Higher Education

Application

Every quality assurance agency, whether based in Europe or not, can seek inclusion on the Register. Inclusion on the Register is granted to all agencies who substantially comply with the European Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance. Substantial compliance needs to be evidenced through an external review of the applicant agency by independent experts.

Those quality assurance agencies that have successfully undergone an external review will have the possibility to file an application for inclusion on the Register. The Register Committee will decide on inclusion on the Register based on the etxernal review report and a quality assurance agencies self-evaluation report.

Next deadline

The next meeting of the Register Committee will take place in April 2010. To be considered in April 2010, applications must reach the EQAR Secretariat by Friday, 12 February 2010 at the latest.

The following meeting of the Register Committee will be in the autumn of 2010.
